教师简介
罗林保,博士,安徽肥东人,2010年11月入选黄山学者-杰出青年人才支持计划,现任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院特聘教授。
 

      罗林保,哲学博士,安徽肥东人,2009年毕业于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系。2011年加入合肥工业大学,并任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院教授。
      罗林保教授主要从事基于低维半导体纳米结构的光电子和电子器件的研究工作。迄今为止,已发表SCI研究论文100余篇,(其中第一作者及通讯作者论文50余篇,平均影响因子5以上),相关论文累积被SCI 检索引用超2400次,单篇最高引用近150次,目前个人h-因子为26。

研究生招生:


本人课题组每年招收具有应用物理学、半导体、固体电子学、或电子科学与技术背景的本科生3-4人,希望报考的学生对纳米光电子器件领域有着浓厚的兴趣。目前本人指导硕士研究生13人,博士研究生1人,多数同学毕业以后去华为、京东方等高技术公司工作,待遇丰厚。另外,已经有3位硕士毕业以后赴香港大学,香港理工大学,和香港城市大学攻读博士学位,还有两位博士毕业以后在香港大学及香港理工大学从事博士后研究。本课题组与美国、韩国、香港等多个国家和地区的课题组保持良好的合作关系,对于表现优异的学生,将推荐去其境外大学交流访问,或攻读博士学位(可享受高额奖学金)。
